Here we discuss about Setup Arlo Q on Android. The Arlo camera is a Wire-Free, completely wireless, HD smart home security camera. The Arlo camera is weather-resistant and it also contains motion detection, night vision.

How do I set up Arlo Q on Android?

Procedure to set up Arlo Q on an Android device:
Firstly, launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at arlo.com.
Secondly, Tap the + icon or click Add Device.
Then, tap or click Arlo Q.
Choose your connection type.
After that, Plug in your Arlo Q. When the LED starts flickering amber, tap or click Continue to proceed.
Moreover, make sure that your router name (network SSID) display under Network Name.
Note: If the SSID does not display automatically, the router might not broadcasting its SSID. Type the password for your router and tap or click Continue.
Then, Press and release the Sync button (located on the bottom-right when looking at the front of the camera).
After this Tap to click continue.
The LED begins flickering blue.
An informational page or screen telling you how to scan the QR code with the Arlo Q camera displays.
Furthermore, place the QR code that appears on your Android device approximately 8 inches from the Arlo Q camera.
When the camera reads the code, it makes a chime sound.
Then, Tap to click yes to confirm that the camera made a chime sound.
Note: If you do not year a chime sound, tap or click no. You are directed back to Step 6.
When you click yes, the camera attempts to associate to your Wi-Fi network. Once the Wi-Fi network detects the camera, the camera’s serial number and the time zone in which you reside appears.
At last, tap or click Continue to proceed the procedure.
Your Arlo system set up is complete. You can view your cameras.
