Setup Arlo Ultra Camera

To setup Arlo Ultra camera via Arlo App, follow the beneath steps:

  1. Firstly you need to create an Arlo account.
  2. For once you need to make account then for all Arlo devices you will use the same account.
  3. Now connect the Arlo Smart Hub to Internet and add it up to your account.
  4. Lastly you need to add each Arlo Ultra camera and pair it with Arlo Smart Hub.
  5. When you setup with Arlo account, now you can use it via Arlo app on your any device like smart phones and computers via web browser.
  6. Once the installation is done, you can see the camera feed via Arlo app and customize the alerts.  Also can make schedule for camera.

Place the battery into your camera.

Mainly your Arlo Ultra camera has of two parts. Camera and battery are in one part and camera housing is second part.

  1. Firstly place the battery and put it into the battery section.
  2. Note: Battery only can put one way.
  3. Once you place the battery, LED on Arlo Ultra camera turns to blue.
  4. Then into camera housing place the camera till it clicks into place.
  5. Note: Do it by pushing down on the left and right sides of camera.

LED status

  • Led on camera lights up when the camera turned on.
  • When LED changes color and blinks that shows the battery charge and the status of activities like pairing camera and update camera firmware.
  • If you see the slow blinking blue that means pairing with Smart Hub is in process.
  • In case LED blinking fast blue that indicates camera is paired with SmartHub.
  • When LED blinking amber that indicates camera is out of range and connection error occurring while pairing or camera battery is low like 15% or less.
  • If the LED alternating turns to blue and amber that means camera is failed to pair with SmartHub or firmware update is in process.
